Today I share 5 lessons I learned from James Clear's book Atomic Habits 

1. Identity shapes habits and visa versa. 

2. You don't have to be perfect at at a habit-just get the majority as you cast your daily vote for the person you want to become!

3. Success doesn’t come from setting goals but from building effective systems. Goals are the results you want; systems are the processes that get you there!

4. Your environment has a massive impact on your habits.  So take the time to be the designer of your world not just "the consumer" of it!

5. Creating habits and sticking with them doesn't make less fun and your schedule too rigid...it frees up mental space and time because repeated habits become automated.
