And instead of feeling frustrated because of your lack of energy the week of you period you can use that rest and introspection time to write a list of all the amazing things you will do the following week when you know you will have a surge of energy and drive once more! Knowledge is power and today's podcast is full of it! Starting today, we aren’t going to just focus on when our period starts so we are prepared with product. Starting today we are going to take a vested interest in every season of our cycle and lean into the pros that each phase has to offer and better manage the cons that may accompany them as well! The more information we have the more informed our decisions can be about our health!
